Tiempos posibles de la transferencia en una adolescente: efectos en la subjetividad / Possible times of an adolescent transference: effects on subjectivity

El presente desarrollo se inscribe en la investigación "Modalidades de las transferencias de pacientes adolescentes que han sido abusados sexualmente en la infancia" 2013-2016.A partir de un caso de la práctica clínica se intenta dar cuenta de la apertura y devenir de la transferencia que, sostenida en el lazo analizante-analista, devela la continuidad-discontinuidad de los tiempos necesarios y propicios para que poco a poco lo disociado-silenciado que conlleva lo traumático: el abuso sexual vivido alrededor de los 8 años de edad, tenga lugar. Eso traumático se presenta como reviviscencia, no como recuerdo. Lo escindido (no reprimido) retorna y algo nuevo se produce: el abrazo y la mirada de la analista marca -como intervención en transferencia, el procesamiento de eso que era y sigue siendo tan excesivo.

This development is a part of the investigation "Transference Modalities of adolescent patients who have been sexually abused in childhood". From a clinical practice case, it is attemped to account of the opening and future of the transference. This phenomenon, when sustainedin the analysand-analyst link, reveals the continuity-discontinuity of the necessary and adequate times for the disassociated-silenced connected to the traumatic to take place little by little; that is, the sexual abuse experience around the age of eight. That traumatic episode is presented as a lashback, not as a memory. What is divided (not repressed) returns and something new takes place: the hug and look of the analyst marks - as intervention in transference- the processing of what was and remains so excessive.

Abuso sexual infantil y el investimento: desinvestimento libidinal del cuerpo sexuado genitalmente / Child abuse and the libidinization: delibidinization of the genitally sexed body

La presente investigación se propone evaluar cuáles son los efectos del abuso sexual infantil en la apropiación subjetiva de la sexualidad genital de adolescentes que han sido abusados sexualmente en la infancia. Para ello, nos proponemos: explorar la relación entre el abuso sexual infantil y el investimento/desinvestimento libidinal del cuerpo sexuado genitalmente. En el marco de un diseño exploratorio, se ha trabajado con una muestra finalística conformada por siete adolescentes que han sido abusados sexualmente en la infancia y que realizan o han realizado tratamiento psicoterapéutico. La fuente de datos han sido los materiales clínicos elaborados por los psicoanalistas a cargo del tratamiento de cada adolescente. El procedimiento de análisis ha sido cualitativo, de tipo hermenéutico. En el análisis de estos materiales clínicos nos abocamos a analizar los trabajos psíquicos que realizaron los adolescentes para investir libidinalmente el cuerpo sexuado genitalmente, y las dificultades para que se desplegara dicho proceso.

This research has the goal of assessing the effects of child abuse in the subjective appropriation of genital sexuality in adolescents who have been sexually abused in their childhood. To accomplish this, we will: explore the link between child abuse and the libidinization/delibidinization of the genitally sexed body.Using an exploratory framework, we have worked with a sample of seven adolescents who have been sexually abused in their childhood and have undergone psychotherapeutic treatment. The source for our data were the clinical records kept by the psychoanalysts who lead each adolescent’s treatment.In the assessment of these clinical records we focused in the analysis of the psychic works done by the adolescents in order to libidinize the genitally sexed body, and the difficulties in deploying such process.

Los modos de relatar/contar/narrar el abuso sexual sufrido en la infancia por adolescentes en tratamiento psicoanalítico / The ways of telling/relate/narrate the sexual abuse suffered in childhood by teenagers in psychoanalytic treatment

Este artículo se propone presentar algunas consideraciones clínicas acerca de los modos de relatar, contar, narrar el abuso sexual en el contexto de los tratamientos psicoanalíticos y la posición del analista ante ello. En el marco de un diseño exploratorio, se ha trabajado con una muestra finalística conformada por diez adolescentes que han sido abusados sexualmente en la infancia y que realizan o han realizado tratamiento psicoterapéutico. La fuente de datos han sido los materiales clínicos elaborados por los psicoanalistas a cargo del tratamiento de cada adolescente. El procedimiento de análisis ha sido cualitativo, de tipo hermenéutico. Se presenta el análisis de varios fragmentos clínicos a modo de ilustración del trabajo empírico y de interpretación teórica realizado. Como resultados se han categorizado diversas modalidades narrativas y distinguido algunas relaciones con las intervenciones del psicoanalista.

This paper proposes to presents some clinical considerations about the ways of telling, relate, narrate the sexual abuse in psychoanalytic context and the analyst's position to it. As part of an exploratory design, we worked with a finalistic sample composed by ten adolescents who has been sexually abused in childhood and realize or have realized psychoanalytic treatment. The data source has been the clinical materials elaborated by the psychoanalyst in charge of treating of each adolescent. The analysis method has been qualitative, of hermeneutic type. We present the analysis of several clinical fragments as an illustration of the empirical work and theoretical interpretation made. As results we have categorized various narrative modalities and distinguished some relations with the analyst's interventions.

El jugar en la relación madre-hijo y los procesos de simbolización en la infancia / Playing within mother-infant relationship and symbolisation processes in infancy

El juego madre-infante es un espacio primordial de despliegue vincular en el cual el niño transita desde un sentimiento de ilusión, omnipotencia y control a un sentido de realidad exterior (Winnicott, 1971). Relacionado con el placer, el jugar permite desarrollar representaciones de sí mismo y contribuye al sentido de agencia. Asimismo, la incorporación de objetos en la interacción ha mostrado complejizar los encuentros y desencuentros diádicos (Tronick, 1998). En este trabajo presentaremos resultados obtenidos en el programa de investigación longitudinal que realizamos desde el año 2002 (UBACyT P 803, P 806) en el cual mediante codificación microanalítica de videofilmaciones y entrevistas maternas, estudiamos el pasaje de la regulación afectiva diádica a la autorregulación infantil resaltando el papel del juego como moderador de los afectos, mediador en el intercambio vincular y antecedente de los procesos de simbolización en el niño. También presentamos una articulación con la teoría de Winnicott donde resaltamos el pasaje de "jugar a solas en presencia de otro" y "jugar juntos en una relación".

Mother-infant play activity offers a space where the relationship allows the child to move from a feeling of illusion, omnipotence and control towards a sense of external reality (Winnicott, 1971). Linked to feelings of joy and pleasure the child's play activity contributes to self-afirmation, to the construction of a sense of agency and to the development of self-representations. Also the inclusion of objects into the interaction ads complexity to the dyadic matches and mismatches (Tronick, 1998). In this paper we present results obtained in our research program (UBACyT P 803, P 806) which, through microanalytic analysis of videotaped interactive episodes and interviewing with the mother, we studied the transition from dyadic affective regulation to infant's self-regulation. We emphasize the role of playing activity to moderate affects, mediate in mother-infant interaction and as a precedent of symbolisation processes. Also, a theoretical articulation with Winnicotts' theory about playing activity is presented, where we focus on the movement from "playing alone in the presence of other" to "playing together within a relationship".
